Ingredients
1/2 cup Fresh Coconut
1/4 inch Ginger
1/2 cup Coriander leaves
Few curry leaves
3 Green Chilies
2 tbsp. Roasted chana
Salt to taste
- For Seasoning
1 tbsp. Oil
1 tsp Urad dal
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1 Dry Red Chili
Pinch of hing
Few Curry leaves
Directions
- Firstly, take a mixer jar and add in fresh coconut, ginger, curry leaves.
- Green Chilies, roasted chana, fresh coriander leaves and salt to taste.
- Grind it into smooth paste.
- For seasoning: heat a small pan and add in oil, urad dal and mustard seeds. Allow it to splutter.
- Then add in dry chili and hing.
- Few curry leaves.
- Finally, add it to the ground chutney paste and give a mix. Now the coriander chutney is ready to serve.
