Simple Roasted Peanut Chutneys is healthy and very simple to make and it requires less ingredient to prepare. Ingredients required for making simple roasted peanut chutneys are roasted peanut, onion, coconut (Optional), garlic, coriander leaves, roasted channa dal, dry chili, salt.

Simple Roasted Peanut Chutney
This is my way of doing peanut chutney. It goes well with dosa, idly, chapati, rice.
- Mixer jar
Dry Roast
- ¼ cup Peanuts
- 1 tbsp Roasted Channa dal
- ¼ cup Shallot Onion
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 2 nos. Dry chili
- 1 spring Curry leaves
- 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp Coconut chopped (Optional)
- Salt (as per taste)
For Seasoning
- 1 tsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Mustard seeds
- 1 spring Curry leaves
Take a pan and dry roast all the ingredients listed under dry roast.
Make a paste of it. Add a seasoning to it. And the chutney is ready to serve with dosa, idly.
- If you don’t want to add coconut you can skip.
