Mushroom Semiya Recipe

Mushroom Semiya Recipe or vermicelli is a simple and tasty breakfast recipe with step by step pictures and instructions are given below. It is very easy to prepare, usually I use to prepare by adding vegetables like chopped carrots, beans, green peas, peanuts. But this time I tried adding mushrooms. It was really tasty and light.

Ingredients used:

Semiya, mushroom, oil, onion, red chilies, peanuts, green peas, cumin seeds, curry leaves, salt to taste, water as required.

Methods:

  1. Firstly heat a pan add in oil, cumin seeds, onion, red chilies, curry leaves, mushroom, carrots, salt to taste.
  2. Now add in green peas ans saute till the vegetables are nicely cooked.
  3. Meanwhile heat a sauce pan and add in water, semiya. Allow it cook and once the semiya is cooked drain off the excess water and keep it aside.
  4. Finally add in the cooked, drained semiya and give a mix. If required add in salt. Finally the tasty Mushroom Semiya is ready to serve.
