Ingredients
2 Radish Grated
1 Onion chopped
1 Green chili
Few chopped curry leaves (optional)
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1/4 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Coriander powder
Salt to taste

Oil or Ghee as required
Directions
- Firstly, grate radish and squeeze juice completely and transfer to a mixing bowl.
- Then add in finely chopped onion, green chilies, and chopped curry leaves.
- Later add in turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and salt to taste. Give a mix.
- Further, take chapati dough, flatten it with the help of a roller pin, place the prepared mooli mixture at the center.
- Join the edges at the center.
- Sprinkle little flour and roll it into a flat bread. It should not be too thin, medium thickness.
- If the filling comes out, just take a piece of dough and cover it.
- Now heat tawa or pan and cook the paratha on both the sides, spread oil or ghee.
- Cook till you see slightly golden brown on both the sides.
- Finally, mooli paratha is ready to serve.
