Ingredients

  • 2 Radish Grated

  • 1 Onion chopped

  • 1 Green chili

  • Few chopped curry leaves (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

  • 1/4 tsp Chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp Coriander powder

  • Salt to taste

  • Chapati Dough (for recipe click the link)

  • Oil or Ghee as required

Directions

  • Firstly, grate radish and squeeze juice completely and transfer to a mixing bowl.
  • Then add in finely chopped onion, green chilies, and chopped curry leaves.
  • Later add in turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder and salt to taste. Give a mix.
  • Further, take chapati dough, flatten it with the help of a roller pin, place the prepared mooli mixture at the center.
  • Join the edges at the center.
  • Sprinkle little flour and roll it into a flat bread. It should not be too thin, medium thickness.
  • If the filling comes out, just take a piece of dough and cover it.
  • Now heat tawa or pan and cook the paratha on both the sides, spread oil or ghee.
  • Cook till you see slightly golden brown on both the sides.
  • Finally, mooli paratha is ready to serve.

Firstly, grate radish and squeeze juice completely and transfer to a mixing bowl.
