  1. Gobi Paratha :Gobi paratha or Cauliflower paratha is a healthy and simple paratha recipe. It is one of the best breakfast recipe. It goes well with thick curd along with sugar or pickle. So, the ingredients used in this recipe are freshly grated cauliflower or gobi, chopped onions, oil, cumin seeds, curry leaves, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, freshly chopped coriander leaves.

Mango tokku,: Traditional Mango Pickle|Mango Thokku|Raw Mango Thokku Recipe, Usually pickles are made with bite sized piecesof vegetables but thokku is a type of South Indian pickle are made with grated vegetables, grated mango. Even we can made pickles with meat, sea food like prawn pickle, chicken pickle etc. So, the ingredients used in this thokku recipe are grated raw mango, oil, red chili powder, mustard seeds, turmeric powder, roasted fenugreek seed powder, curry leaves, kashmiri chili powder, salt to taste, hing.

Vegetable white kurma goes well with poori, peas pulav, ghee rice, coconut rice, dosa, chapati, appam etc. Usually kurma is made with adding all the spices like red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, vegetables, mint leaves, coriander leaves and all other spices, but in veg white kurma we don’t add spices like red chili powder, coriander or garam masala, mint leaves or coriander leaves because it changes the color of the kurma.
