Brownies or Fudgy Eggless Wheat Brownies is a delicious and tasty brownie recipe with step by step pictures and instructions are given below. In this brownie I have used whole wheat flour instead of all purpose flour, instead of egg I have used thick curd. So, the ingredients used in this recipe are whole wheat flour, thick curd, dark chocolate, baking soda, baking powder, brown sugar or country sugar, pinch of salt, water, coffee powder.

How to make Eggless Wheat Brownies:

Firstly melt the dark chocolate by double boiling method. For that heat a pan and add in little water, allow it boil and then place a glass bowl on top of the boiling pan and add in dark chocolate into it and keep on stirring till it melts.

Add in 2 tbsp butter and allow it melt.

Allow it melt dark chocolate and butter into a silky smooth texture.

Take a bowl and add in sugar, thick curd. Give a mix.

Then add in vanilla essence and give a mix with the help of hand mixer.

And then add in coffee water and give a mix.

And then add in melted chocolate butter mix . Give a mix.

Give a mix till silky smooth consistency.

Add in wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and give a mix.

Grease the pan and transfer it into a square pan.

  • Mixing bowl
  • 1½ cup Dark chocolate
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • ½ cup Country sugar
  • ½ cup Curd
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking soda
  • ¾ cup Wheat flour

Coffee water

  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 1 tbsp Coffee powder
  1. Firstly melt dark chocolate and butter by double boiling method.

  2. Then take a bowl and add in sugar, thick curd and give a mix.

  3. Then add in melted dark chocolate and butter mix, vanilla essence, coffee water and give a mix.

  4. And then add in wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and give a mix.

  5. And in little water to get the right consistency.

  6. Later grease the square pan with butter or oil and then transfer the brownie mix to the pan.

  7. Then Preheat the oven for 10 minutes and bake for 25 minutes under 180 degree Celsius.

  8. Finally the egg less wheat brownies are ready to serve.
