- Mixing bowl
- 1½ cup Dark chocolate
- 3 tbsp Butter
- ½ cup Country sugar
- ½ cup Curd
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp Baking soda
- ¾ cup Wheat flour
Coffee water
- 2 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Coffee powder

Firstly melt dark chocolate and butter by double boiling method.

Then take a bowl and add in sugar, thick curd and give a mix.

Then add in melted dark chocolate and butter mix, vanilla essence, coffee water and give a mix.

And then add in wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder and give a mix.

And in little water to get the right consistency.

Later grease the square pan with butter or oil and then transfer the brownie mix to the pan.

Then Preheat the oven for 10 minutes and bake for 25 minutes under 180 degree Celsius.

Finally the egg less wheat brownies are ready to serve.
