Broccoli Stuffed Paratha Making Recipe

Ingredients

  • Wheat flour dough

  • Broccoli 1 cup

  • Onion chopped 1

  • Red chili powder 1/4 tsp

  • Coriander powder 1/4 tsp

  • Garam masala powder 1/4 tsp

  • Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Turmeric powder 1/8 tsp

  • Oil 1 tbsp.

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Firstly, rinse and cut the broccoli flowrates. Transfer to a chopper. Chop it into a course texture.
  • Now heat a pan and add in oil, cumin seeds and chopped onions. Sauté for a minute.
  • Then add in turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt to taste. Give a mix.
  • Close the lid and allow it to cook for 2 to 3 minutes under low flame.
  • Broccoli mixture is ready. Allow it to cool down completely.
  • Further, take a lemon sized dough. Roll each ball into a small disc, and place a spoonful of the broccoli stuffing in the center.
  • Seal the edges and roll it into a round paratha. Sprinkle some wheat flour.
  • Carefully roll it into a flat bread.
  • Place the rolled paratha on the hot surface. Brush the surface with oil or ghee and cook until both sides are golden brown and cooked through.
  • Finally, healthy and tasty broccoli paratha is ready to serve.
