Spicy Taro Root Chips
Spicy Taro Root Chips is a healthy and tasty chips recipe goes well with samber rice, rasam rice or as an evening snacks.
- Pressure Cooker
- Pan
- ½ kg Taro Root
- Salt as per taste
- Red Chili powder as per taste
- 1 Cup Oil
- Pinch of turmeric powder (Optional)

Firstly clean and pressure cook taro root for 3 whistles. Note: Should not be over cooked.

Then remove the skin of the taro root and cut them into round shape pieces.

Then heat oil and add in cut taro root pieces one by one. Fry till brown.

Then transfer it into another bowl and sprinkle required salt and red chili powder, turmeric powder(optional). Give a mix and serve.
