How to make Peanut Chaat Recipe
Peanut Chaat Recipe
Peanut Chaat Recipe is healthy and very tasty chaat recipe. Easy to make and yet tasty too.
- Pressure Cooker
- Mixing bowl
- 1 cup Peanuts
- ½ cup Chopped Onions
- ⅓ cup Medium Tomatoes
- ½ cup Cucumber
- 2 tbsp Grated coconut
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- ⅛ tsp Chili Powder (As per taste)
- ⅛ tsp Chaat Masala
- Green Chutney and Tamarind Chutney
- Salt as per taste
- ½ Sev
Firstly soak peanuts for 30 minutes and pressure cook for 1 whistles and keep it aside.
Take a plate or a bowl and add in cooked peanuts, chili powder, chaat powder and salt as per taste and give a mix.
Now add in chopped onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, green and tamarind chutney and give a mix.
Finally the healthy and tasty peanut chaats are ready to serve.
