  • Pressure Cooker
  • Mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Peanuts
  • ½ cup Chopped Onions
  • cup Medium Tomatoes
  • ½ cup Cucumber
  • 2 tbsp Grated coconut
  • Coriander leaves for garnishing
  • tsp Chili Powder As per taste
  • tsp Chaat Masala
  • Green Chutney and Tamarind Chutney
  • Salt as per taste
  • ½ Sev

Instructions

  • Firstly soak peanuts for 30 minutes and pressure cook for 1 whistles and keep it aside.
  • Take a plate or a bowl and add in cooked peanuts, chili powder, chaat powder and salt as per taste and give a mix.
  • Now add in chopped onions, cucumbers, tomatoes, chopped coriander leaves, green and tamarind chutney and give a mix.
  • Finally the healthy and tasty peanut chaats are ready to serve.
