Mango Salad is one of the healthy and simple, tasty vegan recipe. It is very easy to prepare. Mango is a seasonal fruit. So, the ingredients used in this healthy salad are ripe mango (any sweet mango of your choice), cucumber, onion, carrot, roasted peanuts, red chili, garlic, country sugar, lemon juice, soya sauce(in this recipe I have not used), but if required we can add.

Mango Salad with peanut dressing is a healthy and tasty salad recipe. It is very easy and simple to prepare at home.
- Mixing bowl
- Pestle
- 1 Ripe Mango
- ¼ cup Sliced Carrots
- ½ cup Sliced cucumber
- 1 Sliced onions
- 2 Garlic
- 1 Red chili
- ½ tsp Sugar (Optional)
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Roasted peanuts

Take a mixing bowl and add in rinse and cut ripe mango, carrots, onion, cucumber.

Then in a pestle add in garlic, red chili and crush it. Keep it aside. In the same pestle add in sugar, lemon juice give a mix.

Now add in the crushed garlic, red chilies, sugar and lemon juice mix.

Give a mix and sprinkle some roasted peanuts.

Finally the Mango salad with peanut is ready to serve.
