How to make Veg Roll

Veg Roll | How to make Veg Roll is a healthy and tasty roll recipe with step by step pictures and instructions are given below. It is one of the best lunch box recipe.  We can add in any vegetable of your choice, like carrot, capsicum, beetroot, onion, cabbage, broccoli, sweet corn, green peas, even we can add paneer, tofu, eggs, chicken, fish etc.,

Ingredients:

Sliced cabbage, carrots, beetroot, capsicum, spring onions, tomato sauce, pepper, salt to taste, chapati, oil or ghee.

Method:

How to make Veg Roll:

  1. Firstly heat a pan and add in oil and all sliced vegetables. Vegetables like cabbage, beetroot, capsicum, carrot. Give a mix and cook till the vegetables are cooked nicely.
  2. Then add in pepper powder, pinch of turmeric powder, salt to taste. Give a mix and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  3. Then in a plate place a prepared chapati, spread tomato sauce, add in prepared vegetable stuffing.
  4. Fold it at the bottom.
  5. Roll it as shown in the image.
  6. Finally the Veg roll is ready to serve.

  • Cooking Pan
  • Tawa for chapati making
  • 2 to 3 Prepared chapati
  • 1 big carrot
  • 1 medium beetroot
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 cup Sliced Cabbage
  • ¼ tsp Pepper powder
  • Pinch of turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Oil
