Ingredients
Watermelon 3 cups
Sugar 1 tbsp. (optional)
Subja seeds/ Chia seeds 1 tbsp.
Directions
- Firstly, rinse and cut watermelon into pieces and then remove the seeds, set aside.
- Cut watermelon chunks.
- Transfer watermelon pieces in a blender along with sugar.
- Blend until smooth. Taste the juice and if necessary you can add sugar.
- Add soaked sabja seeds and give a mix.
- Pour the prepared watermelon juice into a popsicle molds.
- Insert popsicle sticks into each mold. And freeze for at least 5 to 6 hours/overnight or until solid.
- Finally, healthy and tasty Watermelon Popsicles are ready to serve.
