So, I have used Totapuri Mango which is also known as Ginimoothi mango. Generally they are large sized fruit, with a beak like pointed end. They are primarily grown ins South India states such as Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu and Karnataka. But you can used any raw mango of your choice. Taste may vary as per the mango you choose.
It can be served as a side dish or you can eat has it is. And it goes well with curd rice too. You can make any variations are per your choice.

Raw Mango is also known as unripe mango or green mango and have a tart or sour taste. Usually, mangoes are available during spring and summer seasons. So, it is always to good eat seasonal fruits. - Firstly, rinse raw mango and cut them into pieces.
- Now in pestle add in rock salt and green chilies.
- Add cut raw mango piece.
- Smash it with the motor.
