Drumstick Leaves Chutney Powder is a healthy and nutritious chutney powder recipe. It goes well with rice, dosa, idly and roti.
- Pan
- Mixer jar
- 2 cups Drumstick leaves
- ¼ cup Peanuts
- 1 tbsp Channa dal
- 1 tbsp Urad dal
- ½ cup Dry coconut
- 7 Dry red chilies
- 1 tsp Oil
- Salt to taste

Firstly wash and sundry drumstick leaves and keep it aside.

Now heat a pan and dry roast all the ingredients. And then allow it cool down completely.

Transfer it into a mixer jar and salt to taste.

Ground them into a coarse powder and allow it cool down completely and then store them into a air tight container.
