Chicken Pakora | How to make Chicken Pakoda is a crispy, spicy and tasty non veg recipe with step by step pictures and instructions are given below. It is very simple and easy to prepare, it is a beginners special recipe. It can be served as a side dish, starter or as a evening snacks too. One of the best snack, starter for rainy season. Hope you all like it.

In this recipe I have taken chicken with bones, but usually it is made with boneless chicken. If you want we can add herbs like oregano, chili flakes, any seasoning of your choice, it make give different flavor and taste.

 

Ingredients Used:

Chicken, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, red chili powder, coriander powder, kashmiri chili powder, curry leaves, green chilies, turmeric powder, salt to taste, gram flour, rice flour, garam masala powder, pepper powder.

Methods:

How to make Chicken Pakora Recipe:

  1. Take a mixing bowl and add in cleaned chicken, gram flour, rice flour, red chili powder, coriander powder, curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt to taste, kashmiri chili powder, garam masala powder., pepper powder.
  2. Squeeze some lemon juice and then add in ginger garlic paste and give a mix.
  3. Allow it to rest for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  4. Then deep fry them in hot oil.
  5. Cook the chicken till it becomes golden color and crisp.
  6. Once you switch off the flame add in curry leaves and slit green chilies in the hot oil. Then remove it immediately and garnish it on the fried chicken.
  7. Finally the Crispy and tasty Chicken Pakora is ready to serve.

  • Mixing bowl
  • Deep pan for frying
  • Large bowl
  • 500 grams Chicken pieces
  • 3 tbsp Gram flour
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • ½ tsp Red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • ½ tsp Kashmiri chili powder
  • ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • ⅛ tsp Pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • Few curry leaves
  • 2 Slit green chilies
  • ¼ tsp Garam masala
