Dry Bhel Puri or Sukha Bhel or we can say Bhel Puri without chutney means only dry ingredients are added i.e., in this recipe chutneys are not added, instead only onion, coriander leaves, red chili powder, cucumber, tomato, sev, salt to taste are added. - Mixing bowl
- Serving plates
- 4 to 5 cups Puffed rice
- 1 Big Onion chopped
- 1 Big Tomato chopped
- ½ cup Cucumber chopped
- Fried Peanuts
- Freshly chopped coriander leaves
- ¼ tsp Red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 to 2 tbsp Tamarind paste
- 1 to 2 tbsp Green Chutney
Firstly take a mixing bowl and add in chopped onions, cucumber, tomato, red chili powder, salt to taste.
Add Tamarind chutney and green chutney. Give a mix.
Later add puffed rice. Give a mix.
Transfer it to a serving plate, the spread sev, fried peanuts, chips.
Finally garnish it with chopped coriander leaves and serve. Its ready to eat. Yum yum.
