Ingredients
2 tbsp. Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Channa dal
1 tsp Urad dal
2 Green chilies
1 Onion chopped
Few Curry leaves
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
2 cups Sprouted Moong dal
1 to 2 cups of Water (add as per requirement)
1/3 cup Carrot grated
1/2 cup Fresh coconut grated
Fresh coriander leaves
Directions
- Heat a pan and add in oil, mustard seeds, channa dal, urad dal, onion, turmeric powder, green chilies, few curry leaves and salt to taste. Sauté for a minute under medium flame.
- Add sprouted green moong dal or soaked dal which ever is available.
- Further, add in required water.
- Then close the lid and allow it to cook.
- Once the dal is cooked, garnish it with grated carrot, coconut and chopped coriander leaves. Give a mix.
- Finally, healthy and tasty Sprouted green gram sundal is ready to serve.

Notes
- You can use sprouted green gram or even soaked and cooked green gram.
- Instead of green chilies you can also use dry chili or chili powder. Taste may vary.
- To enhance the taste you can also add pomegranate, chopped cucumber too.
