Ingredients
- For Marination
200 grams Paneer
1/4 cup Yellow Capsicum
1/4 cup Red Capsicum
1/4 cup Green Capsicum
1 Onion diced
1 tbsp. Kasuri methi
2 tsp Red chili powder
1 tbsp. Coriander powder
1 tsp Kashmiri Chili powder
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1/4 cup Thick Curd
- For Gravy
1 tsp Fennel seeds
1 Bay leaf
1/4 cup Oil
2 big Onions
2 big Tomato
1 tbsp. Ginger garlic paste
1/2 cup Water
1 tsp Sugar
Directions
- Firstly take a bowl and add in paneer cubes, onions diced, red, yellow and green capsicums.
- Then add in red chili powder, coriander powder, kashmiri chili powder, garam masala, thick curd, kasuri methi, salt, turmeric powder.
- Give a mix and then close the lid and allow it to marinate for 15 minutes.
- Further, heat a pan and add in oil, fennel seeds, bay leaf and finely chopped onions. Sauté till the onions turns light brown.
- Once the onions turns golden brown add in finely chopped tomatoes.
- Add ginger garlic paste.
- Add marinated paneer, capsicum mix. Then give a mix.
- Add little water and allow it to cook till the capsicum and paneer are completely cooked.
- At the end add in little sugar and give a mix. Then switch off the flame.
- Finally, Paneer Capsicum Gravy Masala is ready to serve.
