Wheat Pumpkin Cake
Wheat Pumpkin Cake is a healthy and tasty cake recipe. It is very simple and easy to make.
- Mixing bowl
- Oven or Pan
- Cake Mold
- 1 cup Wheat flour
- 2 Eggs
- ½ cup Grated pumpkin
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- ¼ cup Oil
- ¼ cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Water
- ¼ tsp Baking powder
- ⅛ tsp Baking soda
- ⅛ tsp Cinnamon powder
- Pinch of salt

Firstly pre heat the oven or pan for 10 minutes under 180 degree Celsius.

Take a bowl and add in eggs, vanilla essence, milk, oil, water and give a mix.

Later add in wheat flour, baking soda, baking powder, pinch of salt, cinnamon powder, grated pumpkin. Mix well

Now transfer the cake batter to the greased cake mold and bake it for 35 to 40 minutes under 180 degree Celsius.

Once the cake is baked completely, allow it cool down completely. Later sprinkle powered sugar.
