Ingredients
Oil 2 tbsp.
Carrot 1
Beans 10 nos.
Capsicum 1
Noodles 200 grams
Water ( add as per the instructions given on the pack)
Salt to taste
Directions
- Firstly, heat a pan and add in oil, chopped carrot, capsicum and beans. Close the lid and cook till the vegetables are 3/4 cooked.
- Now add required water and salt to taste. Follow the instructions on the pack for cook time
- Add in masala powder provided in the packet. And then allow it to boil.
- Later add in noodles and give a mix.
- Further close the lid and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
- Finally, vegetable noodles is ready to serve.
