Ingredients

  • Oil 2 tbsp.

  • Carrot 1

  • Beans 10 nos.

  • Capsicum 1

  • Noodles 200 grams

  • Water ( add as per the instructions given on the pack)

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Firstly, heat a pan and add in oil, chopped carrot, capsicum and beans. Close the lid and cook till the vegetables are 3/4 cooked.
  • Now add required water and salt to taste. Follow the instructions on the pack for cook time
  • Add in masala powder provided in the packet. And then allow it to boil.
  • Later add in noodles and give a mix.
  • Further close the lid and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Finally, vegetable noodles is ready to serve.

VEGTABLE NOODLES
Firstly, heat a pan and add in oil, chopped carrot, capsicum and beans. Close the lid and cook till the vegetables are 3/4 cooked.
