Ingredients

  • Beetroot 2 Medium

  • Curd 1/2 cup

  • Oil 1 tsp.

  • Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp.

  • Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp.

  • Urad dal 1/2 tsp.

  • Curry leaves few

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh coriander leaves

Directions

  • Firstly, peel the skin of beetroots and grate them and set aside.
  • Now heat a pan and add in oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing and few curry leaves.
  • Add to a grated beetroot bowl.
  • And then add in thick curd and salt to taste.
  • Add freshly chopped coriander leaves.
  • Then give a mix.
  • Finally, fresh and healthy beetroot pachadi is ready to serve.

STEP BY STEP BEETROOT PACHADI RECIPE WITH PHOTOS AND INSTRUCTIONS:
