Muskmelon Peanut Butter Smoothie | Cantaloupe smoothie is very easy to prepare at home with minimum ingredients available at home. Further it is a creamy and tasty smoothie recipe.
So, we can make any variations according to our choice like, we can add in coconut milk, almond milk as a base. For sweetening we can add in country sugar, coconut sugar, jaggery, honey, maple syrup, dates. We can add in almond butter, chocolate almond butter.
Muskmelon is also known as Cucumis melo, is a spieces of melon that belongs to the gourd family. Muskmelon helps in digestion, helps in hydration, boosts skin health, contains a variety of nutrients.
Ingredients used:
Fresh muskmelon, jaggery, Homemade peanut butter, chia seeds, chopped almonds or any nuts of your choice required water.
Method:(step by step pictures and instructions are given below).
Take a mixer jar and add in muskmelon, jaggery, peanut butter.
Add in required water or coconut milk or almond milk or cashew milk etc., of your choice.
Grind it into a smooth paste.
Take a serving glass and add in chopped muskmelon, soaked chia seeds.
Finally add in muskmelon juice, and on the top garnish it with some chopped almonds, soaked chia seeds, if required add in ice cubes and serve.

- 1½ cup Muskmelon
- 2 tbsp Homemade Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Jaggery (Adjust according to taste)
- ½ cup Water or coconut milk or almond milk of your choice
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- Some chopped almonds or any nuts of your choice (Garnishing)
