- Mixing bowl
- Pan
- 6 Rotis, chapathi or pulka
- 150 grams Paneer
- 2 Big Onions
- 1 Big tomatoes
- 2 Green chillies
- Few mint leaves
- ½ tsp Red chili powder
- ½ tsp Coriander powder
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- 5 Garlic cloves
- ¼ inch Ginger
- 2 Finely sliced carrots
- 1 Finely sliced capsicum
- ½ cup Sliced cabbage
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required

Heat a pan and add in oil, onion, tomatoes, ginger garlic, green chili, mint leaves. Saute for 2 minutes in low flame.

Now ground them into a paste.

And again heat a pan and add in oil, ground paste, red chili powder, kashmiri chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder, salt to taste and kasuri methi.

Cook till the gravy becomes dry or thick and at the end add in cubed paneer and cook for another 3 minutes in low flame and keep it aside.

In the same pan add in little oil, finely sliced veggies, red chili powder and salt to taste. Give a mix and saute for 3 minutes in low flame and allow it cool.

Now take a left over roti and spread some mint chutney, and add in some paneer mix at the center of the roti, and add in some saute veggies and roll them and serve hot.
