It can be made with leftover chapatis by making the filling of your choice.Filling can be made with vegetables of your choice and for non vegetarians they can do with boneless chicken, eggs, fish, prawns etc.
Here in this recipe I have used freshly chopped cabbage, freshly grated carrots, sliced green capsicum, chopped coriander leaves, chopped onion, and for spices I have used turmeric powder, chili powder, pepper powder, cumin powder, salt as per taste, tomato sauce (optional). Take a pan, here I have taken iron pan to stir fry the veggies, so, heat the pan and add in oil, and add chopped veggies and stir fry them on high flame, keep stirring the veggies otherwise it may burn. Then add the spices and salt as per your taste, garnish it with coriander leaves and keep it aside. Then spread the tomato sauce, its purely optional and add the stir fried mixtures and make roll and serve.
