How to make Tomato Gojju | Tomato Gravy:
- Heat a pan and add in oil, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chana dal, urad dal, crushed garlic, green chilies. Saute till the garlic becomes light brown.
- Add in chopped onion, curry leaves, pinch of turmeric powder, salt to taste.
- Add in chopped tomatoes.
- Then close the lid and allow it to cook, till the tomatoes becomes soft.
- Then add in coriander powder, chili powder, sambar powder. Give a mix.
- Then close the lid and allow it to cook till the raw smell of the masala goes away.
- Add in 1 cup of water, 1 tsp jaggery and allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
- Finally the healthy and tasty Tomato gojju is ready to serve.

- Large Pan
- 5 Tomatoes
- 10 to 12 Crushed garlic
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 Green Chili Slit (Optional)
- ½ tsp Samber powder
- ½ tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- ⅛ Turmeric Powder
- 1 tsp Channa dal and Urad dal
- 2 spring Curry leaves
- 2 tbsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Mustard Seeds
- ¼ tsp Cumin seeds
- Coriander leaves (Garnish)
- 1 cup Water (Adjust as per required)
- ½ tsp Jaggery
