The Best Chocolate Cake is a soft and moist egg-less cake recipe. It is one of the simple and easy chocolate cake recipe.
- Mixing bowl
- Cake Mold
- Pan or oven
- Spatula for mixing
- Piping bag
For making Cake
- ¾ cup Sugar
- ⅓ cup Oil
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Curd
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Cocoa powder
- ½ tsp Baking powder
- ¼ tsp Baking soda
Frosting
- ½ cup Chocolate frosting powder
- ¼ cup Sugar powder
- ¼ cup Milk
- 1 tsp Instant coffee powder

Firstly take a bowl and add in oil, powdered sugar, give a mix.

Now add in butter milk (milk + Vinegar). Give a mix.

Now add in all the dry ingredients like maida, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder.

Give a mix without any lumps.

Now take a cake tin, grease with oil and place a parchment paper, again grease oil.

Now place the cake mould inside the pre heated pan or oven and bake for 40 minutes under 180 degree Celsius.

Close the lid and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, under medium flame.

Finally the cake is baked.

For making frosting, take a bowl and add in chocolate frosting powder, sugar powder, milk. Whisk it for 5 to 10 minutes to get a stiff creamy consistency. Then refrigerate it for 15 to 30 minutes.

Remove the cake from the mold and allow it cool down completely. And then cut into equal half. Then pour sugar syrup i.e., sugar water equally on all the sides of the cake. It makes the cake soft, moist.

Now spread the prepared chocolate frosting on each layer of the cake.

Finally decorate the cake as per your choice. Now the best chocolate cake is ready to serve.
