Sweet Potato Paratha is a healthy and tasty paratha recipe with step by step pictures and instructions are given below. It goes well with pickle, chutney, curd, any gravy or carry of your choice. Ingredients Used:
Wheat flour, jowar flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt to taste, chopped coriander leaves, ajwain, water as required.
Methods:
- Firstly boil sweet potato and keep it aside.
- Peel the skin of the sweet potato and smash it into a smooth paste.
- Then add in wheat flour, jowar flour, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, salt to taste, water as required, finely chopped coriander leaves, few curry leaves.
- Knead to a soft dough.
- Roll it into chapathi shape.
- Cook on both the sides by adding little oil or ghee.
- Finally Sweet Potato Paratha is ready to serve.

- ½ cup Jowar flour
- 1 cup Sweet potato
- ⅛ Turmeric powder
- ¼ tsp Garam masala

- Salt to taste
- Water as required
- ¼ tsp Ajwain
- Oil as required
