- Take a mixing bowl and add in eggs, spring onions, green chilies, coriander leaves, salt to taste. Give a mix.
- Now heat a pan and add in oil, egg mixture. Then close the lid and Cook on low flame.
- Sprinkle some pepper powder.
- Then close the lid and cook under low flame on both the sides.
- Cook on both the sides.

- 3 Eggs
- 2 Green Chilies
- ½ cup Spring onion chopped
- ⅓ cup Chopped onion
- ¼ tsp Pepper powder (As per requirement)
- Salt to taste
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
