Spicy Boiled Egg Masala fry
It is a simple recipe with boiled eggs. It can be served has a side dish for chapati, samber rice.
- 6 Boiled Eggs
- 1 Onion chopped
- 2 Tomato
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander Powder
- Pinch Turmeric Powder
- ½ tsp Kashmiri Chilli powder (For color (Optional))
- Coriander leaves (Garnishing)
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 Spring Curry leaves
- ¼ tsp Mustard Seeds
First Boil the eggs
Take a pan add in Oil, Onion, Curry leaves, Mustard seeds.
Add in tomato chopped.
Add in Spice Powders.
Add in Boiled eggs cut into half.
Add in salt and close the lid then cook for 3 minutes in low flame.
Egg fry is ready to serve. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
- You can also add frozen green peas also.
