So the ingredients used in this recipe are cashew nuts, almonds, poppy seeds, onion, oil, green chilies, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, ginger garlic, bay leaf, paneer, fenugreek leaves or kasuri methi, coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, salt to taste, ghee.
It is mainly eaten with traditional Indian flat breads like roti or naan, rice and bread.

How to make Shahi Paneer Recipe or Paneer White Gravy:
Shahi Paneer or Paneer White Gravy
Shahi Paneer or Paneer White Gravy is a rich creamy and delicious paneer gravy recipe. It goes well with poori, paratha, roti.
- Pan
- Mixer jar
- 200 grams Paneer
- 2 big Onion paste
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 2 Cloves, Cardamom
- 1 inch Cinnamon stick
- 1 Bay leaf
- ¼ tsp Fennel seeds
- ⅛ tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Kasuri methi
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- ¼ tsp Cumin powder
- ¼ tsp Pepper powder
For making paste
- 5 Almond spaked
- 4 Cashew nuts
- 1 tsp Poppy seeds

Firstly soak almond, cashew nuts, and poppy seeds and keep it aside. Later peel the skin of the almond. Then ground all the ingredients into fine paste.

Heat a pan and add in oil, fennel seeds, cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon stick, cardamom, bay leaf. Then add in onion paste and cook till it changes its color slightly brown.

Then add in ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw smell goes away.

Then add in grounded paste and cook till it becomes thick paste.

Later add in cumin, coriander, pepper powder and salt to taste. Give a mix.

Then add in thick curd and cook for another 2 to 3 minutes. Later add in paneer cubes and cook for another 5 minutes.

Finally the Shahi paneer is ready t serve with roti or paratha.
