Rava Cake or Semolina cake

Rava Cake or Semolina cake is a a sweet cake recipe. It s similar to sponge cake. It is very simple and easy to make with basic ingredients. So, the ingredients used in this recipe are rava, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda, pinch of salt, all purpose flour, oil, vanilla essence, thick curd, milk or water as required, tutti frutti.

Add in Maida or All purpose flour.

Add in baking powder.

Add in baking soda.

Add in powdered sugar.

Add in pinch of salt and give a mix.

Add in thick curd.

Add in vanilla essence.

Add in oil.
Add in tutti frutti and give a mix.

Grease the pan and pour in rava cake mix.

Pre heat the oven for 10 minutes under 180 degree Celsius and then bake for 40 minutes.

Rava cake or semolina cake is a simple and tasty cake recipe. It is a eggless cake recipe with step by step pictures and instructions.

  • Mixing bowl
  • Large bottom pan or Oven
  • 1 cup Rava
  • 2 tbsp All purpose flour
  • ½ cup Powdered sugar
  • ¼ tsp Baking powder
  • ⅛ tsp Baking soda
  • ¼ cup Tutti Frutti
  • ½ cup Thick curd
  • ¼ cup Oil
  • ⅛ tsp Vanilla essence
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Take a mixing bowl and add in rava, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, powdered sugar, pinch of salt.

  2. Then add in all wet ingredients like curd, vanilla essence, oil and give a mix.

  3. Finally add in tutti frutti and give a mix without any lumps.

  4. Now grease the cake pan and pour in the rava cake mix.

  5. Pre heat the oven for 180 degree Celsius for 10 minutes and then bake them for 40 minutes.

  6. And then allow it cool.

  7. Finally the Rava cake or Semolina cake is ready to serve
