Ingredients
1/2 cup Soaked whole ragi or finger millet
1/2 cup Fresh coconut cut
1 Cardamom pod
1/4 cup Jaggery powder/honey/country sugar
6 to 8 Soaked almonds
1 to 2 cups water (add as per your requirement or thickness of the milk)
Directions
- Firstly, take a mixer jar and add in cut fresh coconuts.
- Then add in overnight soaked whole ragi.
- Later add in soaked and peeled almonds.
- 1 Cardamom pod.
- For sweetness add in jaggery powder or honey or country sugar. Add as per your wish.
- Grind it into a smooth paste.
- Further, add in water and again grind it into a smooth paste.
- Pour ground coconut mix into a fine strainer and keep stirring with the help of a spoon.
- Finally, ragi milkshake is ready to serve.
