Ragi milkshake is a nutritious and delicious beverage made from ragi, also known as finger millet. For sweetness you can add jaggery powder, country sugar or honey. It is a filling and healthy beverage recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Soaked whole ragi or finger millet

  • 1/2 cup Fresh coconut cut

  • 1 Cardamom pod

  • 1/4 cup Jaggery powder/honey/country sugar

  • 6 to 8 Soaked almonds

  • 1 to 2 cups water (add as per your requirement or thickness of the milk)

Directions

  • Firstly, take a mixer jar and add in cut fresh coconuts.
  • Then add in overnight soaked whole ragi.
  • Later add in soaked and peeled almonds.
  • 1 Cardamom pod.
  • For sweetness add in jaggery powder or honey or country sugar. Add as per your wish.
  • Grind it into a smooth paste.
  • Further, add in water and again grind it into a smooth paste.
  • Pour ground coconut mix into a fine strainer and keep stirring with the help of a spoon.
  • Finally, ragi milkshake is ready to serve.
