Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie is healthy and tasty recipe, it very easy and simple to make with what ever fruits or vegetables we have at home, by adding a base of your choice, such as milk, yogurt, ice cream, or any dairy products, even we can use plant based milks like coconut milk, soaked nuts milk. So, smoothie is a beverage made by pureeing fruits or vegetables in a mixer or blender. A smoothie is a liquid thick juice made from fruits or vegetables of your choice. For sweeteners we can add in sugar, county sugar, coconut sugar, jaggery, palm jaggery, honey.  It is up to us to add sweet or not. And other ingredients usually we can add are ice creams, chocolates. We can garnish it with some chopped nuts, cut fruits or grated fruits or veggies, chocolates.
