How to make Quick and Tasty Fish Fry Recipe:

  1. Firstly take a mixing bowl and add in cleaned fish, gram flour, red chili powder, coriander powder, kashmiri chili powder, pepper powder,
    turmeric powder, curry leaves, salt to taste, oil. Give a mix and allow it to marinate for 1 hour.
  2. Then heat a pan and add in oil, marinated fish.
  3. Close the lid and fry on both the sides for 3 minutes in low flame.
  4. Shallow fry the marinated fishes on both the sides.
  5. Finally quick and tasty fish fry is ready to serve.
