- Firstly take a mixing bowl and add in cleaned fish, gram flour, red chili powder, coriander powder, kashmiri chili powder, pepper powder,
turmeric powder, curry leaves, salt to taste, oil. Give a mix and allow it to marinate for 1 hour. - Then heat a pan and add in oil, marinated fish.
- Close the lid and fry on both the sides for 3 minutes in low flame.
- Shallow fry the marinated fishes on both the sides.
- Finally quick and tasty fish fry is ready to serve.

- 1 kg Fresh water fish
- 1 tbsp Gram flour
- 1 tsp Red chili powder
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chili powder
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- ⅛ tsp Pepper powder
- ⅛ tsp Turmeric powder
- ⅛ tsp Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Lemon juice
- ¼ cup Chopped curry leaves
