Pomegranate are a beautiful fruit, with shiny red “jewels” called arils inside, containing sweet, juicy nectar that surrounds a white seed in the middle. Pomegranates are loaded with important nutrients.

Benefits of Pomegranate are antioxidants, It contains vitamin C, Good for digestion, anti inflammatory and it is a most heart healthy juice etc. and it has many other health benefits.

Sweet corn is also called as sugar corn, and pole corn. Is a variety of maize with a high sugar content. Sweet corn is one of the summers simplest, purest pleasures.

Using corn we can make soups, salads, chats, kosambari etc.

Pomegranate and Sweet Corn Salad

It is one of the best salad for summer. It is a healthy and nutrition filled salad. This salad is a best to keep balanced diet. Instead of eating fast food I think salads can be a best option for kids as well as for elders.

  • 1 Cup Pomegranate
  • ¾ Cup Sweet Corn
  • ½ Cup Green Grapes
  • ¼ Cup Cucumber Chopped
  • ¼ tsp Chat Masala
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt (As per taste)
  1. Just take a large bowl and add in all the above ingredients and add in salt as per taste.



  2. Enjoy healthy and tasty Pomegranate and Sweet Corn Salad.



  1. You can also add honey to make it more tastier.
