Paneer Sweet corn Sandwich Recipe is a tasty and quick breakfast recipe. It is very simple and easy to prepare.
- Pan
- Tawa
- 100 grams Paneer
- ¼ cup Green peas
- ¼ cup Sweet corn
- ¼ cup Sliced Capsicum
- 1 cup Sliced onions
- ½ cup Sliced cabbage
- ¼ tsp Red chili powder
- ½ tsp Coriander powder
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp Oil of butter
For Assembling Sandwich
- 10 Slice Bread
- 3 tbsp Butter or oil to toast
- ½ cup Dahi Green chutney
For Sandwich Filling

Firstly heat a pan and add in oil, sliced onions, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder. Saute it for 30 minutes.

Now add in sliced veggies, frozen green peas, frozen sweet corn and give a mix. Then close the lid and cook the vegetables.

Once the vegetables are cooked, now add in paneer cubes, salt to taste. Give a mix. Cook for another 2 to 3 minutes.

Now add in tomato sauce, mix well and switch off the stove.

Finally the filling is ready to assemble the sandwich.

Firstly toast the bread on both sides by adding butter or oil.

Now spread some dahi green chutney.

Then spread prepared filling evenly on the bread slice.

Finally one more bread on top of the filling and the tasty Paneer Sweet Corn Sandwich is ready to serve.
