Paneer Frankie Roll is a healthy roll recipe. It is also called as veg kathi roll, veg roll, paneer roll. It can be served as breakfast and also as snacks too. So, the ingredients used in this recipe are fresh paneer, freshly chopped onions, fresh tomatoes, capsicum, tomato sauce, salt to taste, chili powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, green chili, oil as required, some green chilies, sliced carrots, cooked roll or chapatis, here for making chapatis or rolls I have used whole wheat flour, which is a healthier version of making rolls.
Tips: We can also make mushroom frankie by adding in mushrooms in the place of paneer. Even we can add in some dry fruits like cashew nuts, almonds to make the rolls more delicious and healthy.

For Paneer Stuffing
- 200 grams Fresh Paneer
- 2 Medium Onions
- 1 Big Tomatoes
- 2 tbsp Tomato Sauce
- Salt as required
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 tbsp Oil
For Vegetable Stuffing
- 1 Sliced Onion
- 1 Sliced Capsicum
- 1 Sliced Carrot
- 1 tsp Tomato Sauce (Optional)
- 6 Chapati
For Paneer Stuffing
Firstly cut paneer into cubes.
Take a pan and add in some oil, cubed paneer, chili powder and salt.
Roast them in low flame for five minutes, and keep it aside.
Again in the same pan add in oil, chopped onions, tomatoes, fried paneer cubes, tomato sauce. Fry for a minute in low flame. And Keep it aside.
For Vegetable Stuffing
Take a pan and add in little oil.
Add in sliced carrots, capsicum, onions. Stir fry for 2 minutes in low flame.
Add in little tomato sauce(optional) and give a mix. keep it aside.
For making roll
Take a chapati or roll, add in some of the paneer and vegetable stuffing at the centre of the roll.
Make a roll and serve hot.
