Palak Mutton Chops or Spinach Mutton Chops is a healthy and delicious curry recipe with step by step pictures and instructions are given below. How to make Palak Mutton Chops or Spinach Mutton Chops:

Palak Mutton Chops
Firstly take a mixer jar and add in onion, ginger garlic, fresh coconut, pepper, cumin, fennel, cloves, cinnamon. Ground them into paste.

Heat a pressure cooker and add in oil, kasuri methi, chopped onions, cleaned meat, turmeric powder. Saute it for one minute.

Palak Mutton Chops or Spinach Mutton Chops is a delicious and healthy curry recipe, goes well with ragi ball, rice, chapati, pulka, parathas.

  • Mixer jar
  • Pressure Cooker
  • ½ kg Fresh Mutton
  • 1 big Onions
  • ½ inch Ginger
  • 10 to 12 cloves Garlic
  • 3 Cloves
  • 1 inch Cinnamon stick
  • ½ tsp Fennel seeds
  • ¼ tsp Cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp Pepper corns
  • ⅓ cup Fresh coconuts
  • ½ cup Mint leaves
  • ⅓ cup Coriander leaves
  • 1 cup Palak or Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 4 to 5 cups Water (Adjust according to consistency)
  • Green peas and potatoes (Optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Kasuri methi (Optional)
  1. Firstly clean meat and keep it aside.

  2. Then heat a pan and add in oil, chopped onions, kasuri methi, chopped onions, cleaned meat, turmeric powder. Saute it for a minute.

  3. Later take a mixer jar and add in onions, coconuts, ginger garlic paste, cloves, cinnamon sticks, fennel seeds, cumin seeds. Ground them into a smooth paste. And then add in coriander powder, again grind it.

  4. Now add in the grounded paste to the meat. Give a mix.

  5. Again take a mixer jar and add in green chilies, mint leaves, coriander leaves, palak or spinach. Grind them into a smooth paste.

  6. Add in the above mixture to the meat, garam masala, salt to taste. Give a mix.

  7. Add in ghee and required water (adjust according to consistency). Later close the lid and pressure cook it for 4 to 5 whistles.

  8. Finally the Palak Mutton Chops or Spinach Mutton Chops is ready to serve.
