Moringa Paratha | Drumstick Leaves Paratha is one of the healthy and nutritious paratha recipe with step by step pictures and instructions are given below. As we all known drumstick leaves are very high in  nutrition.  This moringa paratha is super delicious food, it goes well with coconut chutney, gravy or curry of your choice, pickle. So, it is made with whole wheat flour, spices, and the king of the dish is drumstick leaves. It is very simple and easy to prepare. Now lets jump into the recipe.

Ingredients:

Fresh drumstick leaves, whole wheat flour, jumin seeds, green chilies, turmeric powder, curry leaves, salt to taste, oil, water as required.

Methods:

  1. Firstly take a mixing bowl and add in whole wheat flour, turmeric powder, curry leaves, cumin seeds, green chilies.
  2. Now add in drumstick leaves, salt to taste and give a mix.
  3. Knead it into a chapati dough consistency. Then close the lid or wet cloth, keep it aside for 15 minutes.
  4. Take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a flat bread.
  5. Then heat a pan and place the rolled paratha, then cook on both the sides, by adding oil or ghee.
  6. Finally the healthy and tasty moringa paratha, drumstick leaves paratha is ready to serve.
