Ingredients:
Fresh drumstick leaves, whole wheat flour, jumin seeds, green chilies, turmeric powder, curry leaves, salt to taste, oil, water as required.
Methods:
- Firstly take a mixing bowl and add in whole wheat flour, turmeric powder, curry leaves, cumin seeds, green chilies.
- Now add in drumstick leaves, salt to taste and give a mix.
- Knead it into a chapati dough consistency. Then close the lid or wet cloth, keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Take a small portion of the dough and roll it into a flat bread.
- Then heat a pan and place the rolled paratha, then cook on both the sides, by adding oil or ghee.
