Methods:
- Firstly clean and cut the ladies finger. Then heat a pan and add in cut ladies finger and dry fry for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Heat another pan and add in oil, cumin seeds, mustard seeds, channa dal, urad dal. Fry till it turns slightly brown.
- Then add in cut onions, tomatoes, curry leaves, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala. Saute it for 2 minutes.
- Then add in cut potatoes, salt to taste, water as required. Cook till the potatoes are nicely cooked.
- Once the potatoes are nicely cooked, give a mix and add in cut fried ladies finger. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Finally garnish it with finely chopped coriander leaves.
