Ingredients Used:
Jowar flour, bottle gourd grated, green chilies, curry leaves, salt to taste, cumin seeds, freshly grated coconut, little water.
Methods: How to make Jowar Bottle Gourd Roti Recipe:
- Take a mixing bowl and add in grated bottle gourd, cumin seeds, finely chopped curry leaves, green chilies, freshly grated coconut, salt to taste.
- Then add in jowar flour.
- Then add in little water and Give a mix to form a dough.
- Make small small balls and keep it aside.
- Take a wet cotton cloth or banana leaf, on that place the small ball shaped roti dough. Then wet your hand and press it with the help of your hands.
- Press with the help of your hands evenly on all the sides. And make a hole in the middle of the roti. (it helps the roti to cook evenly on all the sides).
- Then flip it on the pre heat tawa carefully and remove the cloth slowly.
- Apply oil on all the sides and close the lid. Cook on both the sides.
- Finally the healthy and tasty Jowar bottle gourd roti is ready to serve with chutney of your choice.

- Mixing bowl
- Tawa
- Serving plates
- 1 cup Grated bottle gourd
- ⅓ cup Grated coconut
- 3 Green chilies
- 4 string Curry leaves
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- Salt to taste
- Little water (Add as per requirement )
