Ingredients:

Ivy gourd, peanuts,besan flour, rice flour, red chili powder, coriander powder, kashmiri chili powder,turmeric powder, cumin powder, hing, salt to taste and add required water, then give a mix, curry leaves, oil for deep fry.

How to make Ivy gourd Pakora:

  1. Firstly rinse ivy gourd for 2 to 3 times and cut them into slices and keep it aside.
  2. Take a mixing bowl and add in ivy gourd, besan flour, rice flour, red chili powder, coriander powder, kashmiri chili powder,turmeric powder, cumin powder, hing, salt to taste and add required water, then give a mix.
  3. Then deep fry the ivy groud pakoras, till it becomes crisp.
  4. Then heat a small pan and add in oil, and then deep fry peanuts, curry leaves and then mix it with the fried ivy gourds.
  5. Finally tasty and crispy ivy gourd pakora is ready to serve.

  • ⅓ cup Besan flour
  • 1 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 tsp Red chili powder
