Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Ragi Flour

  • 1/4 cup Curd

  • 2 cups Water

  • 1 small Onion chopped

  • Coriander leaves chopped

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Firstly, take a bowl and add in ragi flour, little water. Then give a mix without any lumps and keep it aside.
  • Then boil 2 cups of water.
  • Once the water started boiling add in prepared ragi paste.
  • Further, Give a mix without any lumps. Keep stirring to avoid any lumps.
  • Then add salt to taste.
  • Allow it boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
  • And then allow it to cool down completely.
  • Once it comes to room temperature add in curd or butter milk.
  • Later add in finely chopped onions and chopped coriander and give a mix.
  • Finally, Ragi Ambali is ready to serve.

How to make Ragi Ambali
