How to make Ragi Ambali

Ingredients
1/4 cup Ragi Flour
1/4 cup Curd
2 cups Water
1 small Onion chopped
Coriander leaves chopped
Salt to taste
Directions
- Firstly, take a bowl and add in ragi flour, little water. Then give a mix without any lumps and keep it aside.
- Then boil 2 cups of water.
- Once the water started boiling add in prepared ragi paste.
- Further, Give a mix without any lumps. Keep stirring to avoid any lumps.
- Then add salt to taste.
- Allow it boil for 3 to 5 minutes.
- And then allow it to cool down completely.
- Once it comes to room temperature add in curd or butter milk.
- Later add in finely chopped onions and chopped coriander and give a mix.
- Finally, Ragi Ambali is ready to serve.
