Coconut mint chutney is a healthy and tasty chutney recipe, served has an accomplishment with dosa, idly, chapati, medu vada, kara pongal, poori, chapati too. Ingredients used in this recipe are easily available at home, and it takes hardly five minutes to prepare. So, the ingredients used in this recipe are freshly chopped coconuts, fresh mint leaves, fresh coriander leaves, roasted channa, ginger, green chili, salt and water, for seasoning here I have used oil, mustard seeds, curry leaves and dry chilies. We can even add shallot onions, dry chilies, garlic cloves can be replaced with ginger. We can make chutney without coconuts also. Tastes may vary.

Tasty Coconut Mint Chutney
Hi freiends, here is the healthy and tasty coconut mint chutney, it goes well with dosa, idly, chapati and even with poori.
- Mixer grinder
- ½ cup Freshly chopped coconuts
- ½ cup Fresh Mint leaves
- ¼ cup Coriander leaves
- 3 Green chilies
- ¼ inch Ginger
- 1 tbsp Roasted Channa
- Salt (As per taste)
- Water (As required)
For Seasoning
- ½ tsp Oil
- ¼ tsp Mustard Seeds
- 2 Dry chilies
- Few Curry leaves
Take a jar and add in chopped coconuts, mint leaves, coriander leaves, roasted channa, green chili, ginger, salt as per taste and water as required. Make a paste.
Take a pan and add in oil, mustard seeds, dry chilies, and curry leaves. Add it to the grounded chutney paste and give a mix and serve with idly dosa.
- Instead of green chili we can also use dry chilies too.
