- Mixing bowl
- Food processor
- Pan
- 2 cups Spinach
- 1 cup Frozen peas or boiled peas
- 1 cup Boiled and smashed potatoes
- 1 tsp Fennel seeds
- 3 Green chilies
- 1 tsp Chopped Ginger
- 2 tsp Chopped Garlic
- ¼ cup Coriander leaves
- Little mint leaf for flavor (optional)
- 2 tbsp Gram flour
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- Pinch of chat masala
- Salt to taste
- Oil as required
- 1 cup Bread crumbs

Take a food processor and add in. Ground them into coarse mixture.

Take a mixing bowl and add in ground coarse mixture, gram flour, garam masala, salt to taste, chat masala and give a mix.

Make small balls and press them with your hands like patties. Bind them in bread crumbs.

Heat a pan and add in oil, shallow fry them on both the sides.

Finally the hara bhara kabab is ready to serve.
