EGGLESS VANILLA CUPCAKES RECIPE: Who doesn’t love Vanilla cup cakes. It is a simple and super easy cake recipe. Its texture is very soft and fluffy. These cupcakes are small that are flavored with vanilla essence. They are usually white or yellow in color, but if required we can any food color of our choice. Further can be decorated with frosting or glazes, or can be served plain too. Chocolate and Vanilla flavored cupcakes are the most popular cakes. 

There are different types of flavored cupcakes such as peanut butter, chocolate, coffee, red velvet, vanilla, carrot cake, banana cake etc.

 

TO GET A PERFECT AND MOIST CUPCAKES FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

It is always important to follow the recipe,

Ingredients should be in room temperature,

Use good quality ingredients not the out dated once,

Ingredients should be properly measured.

Don’t over mix the batter as it becomes tough and rubbery, instead mix slowly and gently.

Grease the cupcake pan with butter or oil, before baking

Further use good quality cupcake liners

Preheat the oven before baking.

While baking oven should be in right temperature.

Before unmolding the cakes, insert tooth pick or fork at the center of the cake, and if the tooth pick comes out clean then they are done.

After unmolding allow the cakes to completely cool down.

Store them in a air tight container and refrigerate it properly.

All purpose flour, wheat flour, powdered sugar, thick curd, baking soda, baking powder, salt to taste, vanilla essence, choco chips, butter, oil.

  • Mixing bowl
  • Cup cake mold
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • ½ cup Wheat flour
  • ¼ cup All purpose flour
  • 5 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • ¼ tsp Baking soda
  • ⅓ cup Thick curd
  • ¼ cup Choco chips
  1. Take a mixing bowl and add in butter, oil, vanilla essence, thick curd and give a mix.

  2. Then add in wheat flour, all purpose flour, baking soda, baking powder, powdered sugar.

  3. And then give a mix without any lumps.

  4. Take a cup cake mold, place the cup cake liners and grease them with oil or butter.

  5. Pour the cake batter and sprinkle some choco chips.

  6. Pre heat the oven for 5 minutes and bake them for 20 minutes under 180 degree Celsius.

  7. Finally the egg less vanilla cup cakes are ready to serve.
