EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH CHOCOLATE FROSTING
Eggless Chocolate cake with Chocolate frosting is a a very delicious chocolate cake recipe with step by step pictures and instructions, hope you all like it.
INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour, powdered sugar, baking soda, baking powder, butter, oil, cocoa powder, vanilla essence, condensed Milk, desiccated coconut, coffee powder, pinch of salt, milk and for frosting we need frosting vanilla powder or cream, cocoa powder, butter.

TO GET A PERFECT AND MOIST CAKES FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
It is always important to follow the recipe,
Ingredients should be in room temperature,
Use good quality ingredients not the out dated once,
Ingredients should be properly measured.
Don’t over mix the batter as it becomes tough and rubbery, instead mix slowly and gently.
Grease the cake pan with butter or oil, before baking
Further use good quality cupcake liners
Preheat the oven before baking.
While baking oven should be in right temperature.
Before unmolding the cakes, insert tooth pick or fork at the center of the cake, and if the tooth pick comes out clean then they are done.
After unmolding allow the cakes to completely cool down.
Store them in a air tight container and refrigerate it properly.

Whipped cream, Glaze, Powdered sugar, Ganache, Dark Chocolate flavour, White chocolate frosting, Cream Cheese frosting, Strawberry buttercream frosting, edible decors etc are some of the frosting goes well with vanilla cup cakes.

- Cake Mold
- Over or Pan for Baking
Baking Cake
- ½ Cup All Purpose Flour
- ¼ Cup Sugar
- 2 tbsp Oil/Butter
- 1 tbsp Cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp Condensed Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
- ½ tsp Baking Powder
- ¼ tsp Baking Soda
- Pinch of salt
- ¼ Cup Milk
- ¼ Cup Desiccated Coconut
Chocolate Frosting
- ¼ Frosting Powder or Cream
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Cocoa Powder
- ½ tsp Coffee Powder (Any Brand of your choice)
For Baking the Cake
Take a bowl and add in butter, condensed milk, vanilla essence and give a mix.
Now add in all purpose flour, powdered sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cocoa powder, pinch of salt. Give a mix without lumps.
Add in milk little by little according to the consistency.
Now take a cake mold and grease them with oil or butter.
Pre heat the pan for 10 minutes. (check Picture below)
Now pour in the prepared cake batter and bake them under 180 degree Celcius for 25 minutes in oven. In pan bake for 25 minutes.
After baking allow it cool for 10 to 15 minutes and then remove the cake from the mold and Keep it aside.
For Frosting
Take a bowl and add in frosting vanilla cream or powder, cocoa powder, coffee powder, butter, vanilla essence and give a mix.
Beat the batter with hand mixer until it's nice and smooth
Now store the frosting in the fridge for 10 to 15 minutes.
Decorating a Cake
Now fill the cake with frosting.
Sprinkle some desicated coconut on the cake and serve the yummy and delicious egg less chocolate cake with chocolate frosting.
