Egg Sandwich

Simple Egg Sandwich

Eggs can be a healthful addition to the diet, if a person eats them in moderation.Egg Sandwic. is easy and simple to make with few ingredients. You can serve it has a breakfast or even as a evening snacks for kids.

  • 4 nos. Fresh Eggs
  • 1 nos. Big Onion Chopped
  • 1 nos. Tomato Chopped
  • ¼ cup Spring Onions
  • ¼ cup Capsicum chopped
  • 1 tbsp Coriander leaves
  • ½ tsp Chili powder
  • ¼ tsp Coriander Powder (Optional)
  • ¼ tsp Turmeric Powder
  • ¼ tsp Pepper powder
  • 1 spring Curry leaves (Optional)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt (As required)
  1. Take a pan and add in Oil, Onion, Curry leaves.



  2. Add in Tomato, Spring Onion, Capsicum, Salt, Coriander powder and Chili powder cook for 3 minutes.



  3. Add in eggs and cook for 3 minutes in low flame.



  4. Now spread butter and egg mixture on the bread.



  5. Toast and serve hot.



  1. Instead of butter you can also use ghee.
